Please note: You may email your registration form to us as long as you are able to add a written signature to each page, prior to returning to us.
Registration & Medical
Once you have decided that you would like to join us, please complete the Registration/Medical form and return it to us as soon as possible along with your £20 administration fee. Your child will then go straight onto our waiting list.
